Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This policy determines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data of visitors to the website of the robotics club “My Robot” and persons who write to the club through the feedback form, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”.

1.2. Data processing is organized by the robotics club “My Robot” represented by its leader, Sergey Evgenievich Kushkov.

2. What data do we process?

2.1. Data that a person himself indicates in the feedback form: name, email address or phone number, subject and text of the message.

2.2. Technical data that the browser automatically transmits to the site: IP address, browser information, date and time of the request. They are used to operate and secure the site, and the country of the IP address is used to initially select the language and theme. The exact location is not determined.

2.3. The site does not use third-party analytics systems, advertising counters or tracking cookies.

2.4. Your manually selected language and theme are stored in cookies for one year. They can be changed in the site header or reset by deleting cookies in the browser.

3.1. Reply to message: questions about the club, recruitment, competitions and cooperation.

5.1. Processing includes the collection, recording, storage, use and deletion of data.

5.2. Messages are stored for no longer than it takes to respond and no more than 3 years from the date of sending, unless the person has withdrawn consent earlier.

5.3. The club does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The data is stored on the servers of the hosting provider in the Russian Federation.

6. Data protection

6.1. Only the club manager has access to messages through a password-protected admin panel. The data is stored outside the public part of the site and transmitted over a secure connection.

7. Rights of the subject of personal data

7.1. A person has the right to obtain information about the processing of his data, demand clarification or deletion, and also withdraw consent by writing via feedback form. The answer is within 10 working days.

7.2. A person has the right to appeal the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.

8. Photos on the site

8.1. If you would like a photo of you or your child to be removed from the site, please write via feedback form - delete.
